Student Assistant

I was first introduced to VFL Films at the beginning of my sophomore year at the University of Tennessee, and stayed involved from that point on. There, I learned the basics of video editing through shadowing and working my way to start-to-finish projects by my senior year. Over three years I learned interview strategies, how to set up a camera and lights, and how to shoot highlights for team sports.

In my senior year I was tasked with producing the weekly men's basketball player feature when my schedule was compatible with interviews. These are the projects I am most proud of during my time with VFL Films.
